Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Auralux Private Limited ("Auralux") for equipment procurement, engineering services, laboratory instrumentation, or purchasing through our catalogue, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Orders

• All official quotations provided by Auralux are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices are quoted in USD or applicable local currency as designated on official proforma invoices.
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order (PO) or confirmation of initial procurement deposit.

3. Delivery, Inspection & Commissioning

Auralux arranges delivery of civil testing machines, broadcasting hardware, solar components, and medical equipment across Zimbabwe. Clients are required to inspect delivered items upon receipt and notify our team of any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours.

4. Manufacturer Warranties & Support

All brand-new equipment supplied by Auralux is covered by genuine manufacturer warranties (Additel, IRIS Instruments, INFITEC, METTLER TOLEDO, Agilent Technologies, Haier Biomedical, HITACHI, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and allied partners). Our local technical team in Harare provides certified calibration, routine maintenance, and repair services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
